Get to know me

Hey there, I'm Dana, a life and movement lover that looks for enthusiasm in all aspects of her existence. I approached the world of sports from a young age, as a method to train my mind and body and with the aim of expressing myself and feeling more complete, functional and free. The world of fitness is for me a world of self-improvement at all levels, an art that reveals to its practitioner their physical and mental limits and, at the same time, offers a method to overcome them through continuous communication and interchange with the trainer and with themselves. Certified Personal Trainer, Handstand Coach @Jury Chechi Academy, Fitness Instructor and AcroYoga Teacher

I have been a martial arts practitioner (muay thai in particular) for many years and since 2015 I have immersed myself in the world of parkour, a discipline that focuses on developing the fundamental characteristics necessary for movement, including balance, strength, dynamism, endurance, precision, space awareness and creative vision. In 2016 I discovered acroyoga & partner acrobatics and fell in love with the joy and vivacity that those physical activities had been able to give me. In 2017 I got certified as a teacher and I have been leading workshops, events and weekly classes ever since. However, my desire for constant improvement never ceased to open new doors and in 2020 I obtained the “Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor” diploma, a certification recognized throughout Europe by the EFA – European Fitness Association, EHFA – European Health and Fitness Association, EREPS – European Register for Exercise Professionals and AIPNSF – International Association for Psychology, Nutrition, Sport and Fitness. The journey continued, as I got certified as a Handstand Coach by the Jury Chechi Academy.
