About The Blonde PT
Hey there, I'm Dana, a life and movement lover that looks for enthusiasm in all aspects of her existence. I approached the world of sports from a young age, as a method to train my mind and body and with the aim of expressing myself and feeling more complete, functional and free. Community
While your fitness pursuits can certainly be a solo affair, there’s one aspect that can be a determining factor when it comes to the consistency with which you move your body, and the longevity of your endeavors: finding a sense of community. Beyond fitness goals, community allows us to find a sense of belonging. It’s what can support us through some difficult moments — in or out of the gym — help inject a sense of fun in our day, and remind us of something essential: we’re all in this together.
Motivation
Motivation is something we have to build up every single time we meet and the great news is we will be doing this together. Some days we will succeed and some days we may not, just like in any partnership there will always be ups and downs. But what you will eventually find out is that I will always be at your side, helping you overcome challenges and celebrating every single success together with you.

Results
Part of what entices most people to maintain their workout routine is seeing results. Whether it’s jeans that fit better or a newfound surge of energy to power through work emails like a boss, exercise produces change. You will start to really feel the amazing endorphins that are running rampant in your bloodstream, naturally making you happier and able to handle stressful situations that come your way. The repetitive nature of movement also results in an increase in bone density, energy levels, and muscle fiber size and density. If you want to see quick results from working out, you just need to find something you like that allows you to stick with it for the long haul. The more you see results, the harder it is to quit.
